ASPIRE Web-Based Trainings - What is a Webinar?

A webinar is a live meeting, training, or presentation using the Internet and conference calling. To participate in a webinar, attendees need access to a computer that is connected to the Internet and a telephone to make a toll-free call. A webinar uses a web-based application, such as GoToMeeting, that attendees use to participate in a meeting, training, or presentation.
