Distance Learning

Pursuing an academic degree or certification through distance education can be a good option for some students who are independently driven, who are pursuing a program of study that is not available at a local school or training program. Some of these options may be more affordable than in-person classroom schools, but some may be more expensive, so it is important to keep the cost of attendance in mind when comparing options.

Not every distance learning school is accredited and/or eligible for federal student aid. In order to find out whether students can receive federal student aid, check with the school’s financial aid department.

Use the College Search Tool that is available in order to find an option that can be a good fit.
